The snow is melting, the people you pass on the streets are starting to smile again, and the sounds of double decker bus tours fill the air. It must be spring in the city! While the weather may not be aware of the calendar, it is time to start drinking those cute cocktails once again.
Here are our Seek Curators’ top places to go for Spring Cocktails:
1. Frozen Margarita at Vida Verde
248 W 55th St, New York, NY 10019
Rec by: @thebkabroad
Who doesn’t like a good margarita? Whether you like yours plain, frozen or spicy, Vida Verde has you covered. Our Curator Vee says, “I’ve been here twice already & will go a third time- it’s just that good. Right when you walk in, you just feel the vibes. If you’re someone that loves to dance and eat, honeyyyyyyy get yourself over to Viva Verde.”
Vee recommends the taco salad bowl and loves the convenient location with multiple train stations in close proximity.
2. Bubble Cocktail at Dolly Varden
302 W 51st St, New York, NY 10019
Rec by: @yoga_travel_happyhr_repeat
This place screams roaring 20s. From the decor to the drinks, you feel like you have been transported back in time where the alcohol was taboo and the parties were epic. According to our Curator Karen, she says they have the “bubble” cocktail that is sweeping social media. Think smoke coming from the glass. Want to play it safe? Try their Falla and Oats bourbon cocktail. For those of you still looking for outdoor dining, they have a replica train car that you can sit in and be more covid safe!
3. The Leftovers at The Garret Cocteleria
349 Broome St, New York, NY 10013
Rec by @princessjasmini

You just know this place is going to be unique when its website says it is a “bar and grocery”. Only in NY. The cocktail menu is as big as the food menu, which is always a good sign for off the charts cocktails. Try a standard margarita or “the leftovers” cocktail: fresh pressed bell pepper, orange and cranberry syrup, cinnamon, aperol, grapefruit, cachara and lime. Please note that the cocktail menu changes all the time so depending on when you go this cocktail could be seasonal. We say that you should go regularly to make sure you do not have FOMOOC. Fear of missing out on cocktails.

We are so excited to keep making connections. Seek just launched in New York and soon we’re expanding to the rest of the United States, then globally.
