She was previously a consultant at McKinsey and has an MBA from The Wharton School.

Co-Founder & COO

Giff has more than 20 years of experience in growth, strategy, and operations at Global 100 companies and startups. Most recently, he was part of the original executive team at unicorn startup Stash where he led business and operations as the Chief Revenue Officer and was the General Manager building and launching its banking business. During his tenure revenues increased by 100 times and customers and equity value by 25 times. Previously, he led Voya Financial’s IPO and launched its venture capital arm.

She is an expert at creating brand identity, including out-of-home and web presence. Her clients ranged from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Helaina has deep expertise in influencer cultivation and marketing as well as social content creation. She previously led all social marketing for antiques store Yesterday’s News, for which she grew Instagram followers by 8,000 in six months and brokered social media shoutouts from fans of the store. She has an MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins.

Hans is a 10 year veteran of the tech industry, having experience scaling and growing companies in a very broad set of industries including food production, retail analytics, and affiliate marketing. He has also managed the brokerage and investors tech teams at fintech unicorn Stash, and was head of Sustained Engineering at healthtech unicorn Cedar Health. He has two BS degrees from Washington University in St Louis in Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
