The Slipper Room first opened in 1999 in the Lower East Side, at the start of the neo-burlesque scene in New York City. It sticks well to its original mission of showcasing up-and-coming talent, featuring comedy, magic, and of course, striptease. It’s a cozy venue with a main floor and a balcony, although you get a better view from the main floor. Duane Park is an upscale supper club serving a delicious meal alongside live performances and burlesque. The dim lighting, high ceilings and gorgeous craft cocktails make this the perfect spot for special occasions There are a variety of burlesque dancers that perform for each event, and along with the talented host of the show, they all provide stunning entertainment.
